Uniquely gifted with the ability to believe in
people until they believe in themselves,

Rohan Anderson has spent over eighteen years working, teaching, supporting, and motivating all ages from adolescents to adults as an Inspirational Speaker and Life Coach.

This ability to see the potential in others was
evident throughout his adolescent years,

most notably his academic career. As a result, one of his many great accomplishments in his high school years was when the former Lieutenant Governor of Canada, Lincoln Alexander, presented Rohan with the Award of Excellence for his contributions into the lives of his classmates.

Rohan has fought against the stigma associated with being
raised by a single mother and growing up in low-income housing.

Rohan's guiding principle has always been "in order to promote growth in an individual's life, we must first look on the inside to find the hidden gifts and talents, and then be able to effectively share these gifts and talents with those around them".

Rohan Anderson has ministered as a conference and
motivational speaker to various organizations
throughout the United States and Canada.

His mission is to inspire, teach, and equip people to explore their potential. Rohan's messages are from the heart, leaving each listener inspired, challenged, and uplifted.

Rohan Anderson is a Life Coach, a Certified Human Behavioral Consultant, and a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. He is the founder of Xplore Institute, which is an international personal and professional human development company; Xplore Ministries, a faith-based organization that networks through the S.O.S. Programs with church leaders, business and social entrepreneurs; and Xplore Youth Services, which empowers the next generation through leadership development. Rohan Anderson and his wife Meggon are the founders of Marriage@Work, where couples are selected to attend a two-day Healing Garden Get Away.

His books; The Measure of A Man -The Law of Perfection and Fragrance of a Female - The Law of Attraction will both be available in 2009.
